Been here several times with friends. Forgot to write the review. Tonight we tried the Bi Bim Bap and Ginseng Chicken soup. Both are delicious. The bibimbap hot stone bowl was still hot after 20 mins. The ginseng chicken soup might not be a dish for everyone but I just love it. If you never had ginseng and red dates, I would not recommend you to order. I ordered it because my grandma used to drink soup with ginseng or red dates in it. I would order it again. It does not have a strong taste from the herbs. It’s mild in flavour. Maybe it is just some I need for a change from eating deep fried, greasy or grilled meat. Small-ish restaurant. Parking space limited and parking cars can be challenging. Very nice neighborhood. Part of the taste of Lawerence strip.

I friend took me to the restauran. He told me he use to eat there when he was in college years ago. I loved it so much. From the quality of the food to the atmophere. :) the price was also good.

Food tastes fantastic. We love ordering the seafood pancake! The food is also great for sharing. Serving size is more than enough for two hungry people. The servers were also very attentive to our needs. Serving time was quick too! Definitely going back.

My partner and I had a craving for Korean food, and we are so lucky we found Makkal Chon! Incredibly taken care of and provided attentive service, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our banchan was refilled without us asking and we found the price was worth the amount of food provided. I will definitely be coming back to try more on the menu

One of my favourite Korean restaurants in Scarborough. Been here quite a few times and the Food here never disappoints. I ordered their Seafood pancake, Gamjatang (extra spicy), Vegetable wrap combo with pan fried spicy pork and squid. When I asked for extra spicy, they surely delivered and it hit the spot. Whenever I crave for some comfort food, this is the spot I hit up. Their seafood pancake is a must try here.

One of my go to Korean spots in Scarborough. Been going here for almost the last decade and I hope this spot stays. Love their massive seafood pancake. The crispy edges are so addicting. They give so many sides and refill them for you.

As always. Good food. Good service. Still my fave is Pork Bone soup. We tried the vegetable wrap. They are good too. The have the best side doshes in Toronto.

Cozy little restaurant in a small plaza. Their side dishes are the best out of all the Korean restaurants I have been to. And I’ve been to quite a few. I love their vegetable wraps, especially spicy squid & pork. Their seafood pancake is also exceptional. They are usually quite busy during the weekend so there can be a bit of a wait!
